About Us

Brighton and Hove Community Co-operative is a registered Limited company, owned equally by every member who joins. 

This is a community-based initiative that will join individuals and businesses together in a lawfully organised way so that we can find each other and improve our community during these challenging times.

With numbers comes power. We want to bring local businesses to the attention of all our members so that they can support you and you can support each other, keeping the money circulating within the community.

The nominal membership fee of only £20 per year will go towards costs for the website, insurance, registration, equipment, and most of all – a central hub for meeting. 

We will also be raising money for home education supplies, for helping people in need and for many other things that the BHCC members may require.

We hope that this answers some of the questions that you may have, but please feel free to ask us if you have more queries. We are not experts, just hard-working individuals with a love of freedom
